Painting is the part everyone can see and the part everyone underestimates. Rolling is maybe a third of the work. The rest is moving and covering furniture, masking floors and trim, filling, sanding, spot-priming and cutting lines that stay straight all the way along the ceiling.
We use Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams products, put on two full coats, and write the prep into the quote instead of billing it as an extra once we find it. Material delivery, equipment, clean-up and labour are all in the same number.
What's in the price: moving and covering the furniture, masking floors and trim, filling and sanding, primer where it's needed, two full coats, and the clean-up. What moves the price: ceiling height, how many colours, the condition of the walls, and whether trim and doors are in scope. All of that is settled before a tin is opened.

Walls & Ceilings
Two full coats over sanded, spot-primed surfaces — not one heavy coat rolled over yesterday's colour and called done.
Trim, Doors & Baseboards
Caulked, filled and sanded first, then finished in a consistent sheen with a clean edge against the wall. This is the detail that makes a room read as finished.
Patching & Surface Prep
Holes filled, dents sanded, bare patches primed before a drop of paint touches the wall. Prep is most of the job and all of the difference.
Accent & Feature Walls
One wall in a deeper colour, cut clean at the ceiling and the corners, with no bleed under the tape line.
Colour Consultation
Included with every estimate. We walk the space, look at it in daylight and under evening light, and narrow it down to a choice you can live with.
